TIPF Tickets — Privacy Policy

TIPF ("True Indiana Pacers Fans") is an independent fan-to-fan ticket listing community for Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever home games. This policy describes what information the TIPF website and mobile apps collect and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account information. If you create a seller account, we store your email address and the display name you choose.
• Listing information. Ticket listings you post — game, section, row, seats, price, notes, and any seat-view photo you upload.
• Nothing else. We do not collect location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics profiles, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
• We do not process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange deals directly (for example via Facebook Messenger); those conversations happen outside TIPF and are governed by that platform's own policies.
• We do not show ads.

Where data lives

Account and listing data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) in the United States. Seat-view photos you upload are stored in the same infrastructure.

Deleting your data

You can delete your listings at any time from your account. To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

Children

TIPF is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Affiliation

TIPF is an independent fan community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, the NBA, or the WNBA. Team names are used only to identify the games tickets relate to.
